Privacy, in plain language.
This page explains what we collect on creatorsagency.co, why we use it, and the choices you have. It was last updated on .
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to send us, such as an email address entered to request a report, details sent through a contact form, or messages you send our team.
We also receive basic website information, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source, and security signals.
Cookies and similar technologies
Creators Agency and service providers acting on our behalf, including Google Analytics and our hosting and security providers, may store, access, or collect information directly or indirectly on or from your device or browser by placing, accessing, or recognizing cookies or similar technologies. This information may include pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, device and browser information, security signals, IP-derived information, and online identifiers.
We use these technologies to measure site use, operate and improve the site, keep it secure, and prevent spam, fraud, and misuse. You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may change how parts of the site work.
How we use it
- To send a report or reply to a request.
- To keep an internal record that the request was completed.
- To understand how people find and use our site.
- To prevent spam, fraud, and misuse.
- To operate our talent management and brand partnership business.
If you request a research report, we use your email address to send the report, four practical creator-marketing emails over the next month, and our monthly research email. The follow-up and monthly emails include an unsubscribe link. We also record the request and how you reached the report page so we can measure the research’s reach.
Optional YouTube channel lookup
Our optional lookup uses YouTube API Services. When you use it, the public YouTube channel or video reference you enter is sent to our server and the YouTube Data API. We use the public channel, upload, and view-count data returned by YouTube to show the lookup result. The lookup does not ask you to sign in with Google, connect a YouTube account, or grant access to private or authorized YouTube data.
We may cache the public API result for roughly 30 hours to reduce repeated API requests. We delete or refresh non-authorized YouTube API data within 30 calendar days and do not keep a permanent database of lookup results. Your CPM, pricing, and other calculator inputs stay in your browser. You may ask us to delete information associated with your use of the lookup by emailing team@creatorsagency.co.
We temporarily process the request’s IP address to limit misuse. Automated Slack alerts contain only aggregate signals and do not include the IP address, channel reference, YouTube API data, or calculator inputs. Use of the lookup is subject to our Terms of Use, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Google explains its practices in the Google Privacy Policy.
Who helps us process information
We use service providers to host the site, deliver email, manage our mailing list, measure site use, and record requests. These may include Vercel, Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Slack. They process information for us under their own security and privacy terms.
We may also share information when required by law, to protect someone’s safety or rights, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, reporting, legal duties, and normal business records. A report request may remain in the sender’s sent mail and in our internal request log. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where practical.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask a privacy question by emailing team@creatorsagency.co. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when our site or practices change. The date at the top will show the latest update. Creators Agency is based in Austin, Texas, United States.
